PEACE Ranch relies on community support through volunteerism and donations. Since Medicaid and private insurances do not cover equine assisted therapies, we do everything we can to keep costs down.
We are always in need of equipment, helmets, saddles, leads, brushes, saddle pads, etc in new or gently used condition. We also need cones, jumps, balls, barrels and other arena "toys" for equine assisted learning and therapy activities.
Finally, our horses have year round needs. The support of our therapeutic herd is our largest present expense. Our horses live simply, their needs are very basic: hay, grain, veterinary (spring vaccinations, fall check) and farrier.
Please consider how you might get involved in bringing PEACE to those who are in need. All contributions are tax deductible.

Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to the success of PEACE Ranch programs helping with horse care, fund raising, office duties, facility maintenance, therapeutic riding programs and much more.

Internships
PEACE Ranch provides internship programs for area colleges and universities. We offer hands on experience for those who qualify. All students on a degree track toward mental health, medical health or animal health could benefit from an internship on the ranch.

Mentoring
Are you interested in pursuing certification either in Equine Assisted Mental Health services (EAP, EAL), Hippotherapy or NAHRA Therapeutic Riding? Do you wonder what is required? OR Are you certified but need a place to gain some experience?
Join our fast growing community of "learners" and lets grow together. The PEACE Ranch Service Team is made up of certified, skilled individuals with experience to help you achieve your goals.

Sponsor A Horse
This is a great opportunity to contribute to PEACE Ranch and help with the daily care of our horses. It costs about $100 per month for one horse. These funds help to cover costs for grain, farrier, supplements, veterinary costs, and other items of necessity.
